Job Description
- Coordinate with merchandisers to receive and process sample requests.
- Collaborate with pattern makers to develop and adjust patterns for best fitting.
- Calculate fabric/trim consumption, standard sewing time
- Plan and manage sample room operations, including cutting, sewing, and finishing of samples and bulk.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Set daily production targets and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
- Train and supervise sample room staff on sewing techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all samples meet required standards.
- Oversee the transfer of finished goods to the warehouse; manage repairs for returned faulty items.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production, including specifications, timelines, and quality records.

Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- University graduate majoring in sewing/garment
- 3 years of experience in similar position in knitwear products
- Good at sewing and pattern making techniques
- Good at English
