Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior HR Leader (Manufacturing, ID20012, 1150 USD):
  • Develop and implement mid-term and long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Advise the Board of Management on: Organizational structure, Workforce planning, HR operating model for large-scale manufacturing environments
  • Lead key initiatives such as: Organizational restructuring, Transformation programs, Operational efficiency improvement
  • Analyze employee turnover data to identify root causes and propose solutions
  • Develop strategies for: Talent retention (especially key positions), Succession planning, and Enhancing middle management capability
  • Design and implement leadership development programs and talent pipelines
  • Build and standardize HR systems, including: HR policies and procedures, Compensation & benefits structure, Performance management systems
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Oversee strategic HR reporting for senior management and authorities

Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar senior HR leadership role
  • Proven experience managing HR in large organizations (1,000+ employees), preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, insurance, and compensation practices
