Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Senior Pattern Maker (Garment, ID 19781) at a foreign-invested company and earn $800/month:
- Develop garment patterns and samples based on buyer’s Tech Pack and design requirements.
- Review fit during sampling process and modify patterns to achieve optimal fit and construction.
- Understand and analyze buyer’s English Tech Pack, measurement charts, and fit comments.
- Revise and update patterns according to buyer feedback in a timely and accurate manner.
- Apply proper grading rules for different size ranges.
- Create efficient mini-markers to optimize fabric consumption.
- Collaborate closely with production team, sample room, and sales team to ensure smooth development and bulk production.
- Handle product categories: Ladies Light Woven & Knit (Blouse, Top, Dress, Skirt, Pants, Jacket, etc.).
Requirement
- Under 45 years old.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in garment pattern making. Strong and proven experience in Woven items (mandatory), especially for ladieswear products.
- Proficient in 2D CAD software and 3D design tools such as CLO 3D.
- Good ability to read and understand technical documents in English (Tech Packs, fit comments). Intermediate level of spoken English.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric characteristics (shrinkage, drape, stretch behavior, finishing), and practical production processes in factory settings.
