Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Testing Manager ($1700, ID13818)
- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities.
- Participate in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status.
- Present test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs.
- Oversee testing process in line with plans, ensure that all test results are correctly recorded against the system.
- Build detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients.
- Establish departmental OKRs and track KPI results.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 30-55 years old
- Graduated from university
- At least 5-7 years of experience in testing electronic products
- Having experience in management
- Fluent at English or Chinese
