Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an SMT Manager ($1700, ID13809)
- Support company vision and strategies.
- Prepare daily SMT production plan
- Ensure that products are manufactured with high quality, efficiently, on time, to specification, and in a cost-effective and safe manner.
- Manage and provide training courses for the department's staff
- Support collaboration within the area of responsibility and at interfaces.
Requirement
- Male, Age: 30-50 years old
- Graduated from university majoring in electronics, mechanical engineering, automation
- At least 10 years of experience in SMT position at electronic companies
- Good at management, innovation, and optimization of production costs
- Fluent in English and Chinese
