Job Responsibilities:
-Administer first aid treatment and immediate medical relief to employees as needed
-Manage and track inventory of medicines and supplies for efficient cost management
-Administer over-the-counter medication to employees
-Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks
-Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input
-Performs administrative support functions such as data entry, typing, filing, reviewing and processing paperwork
-Responsible in monitoring, keeping, updating, contractors, suppliers, vendors related to office administration
-Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies as needed
-Provide assistance to ensure compliance with office safety regulations through maintaining safety standards and occupational health hazards
-Perform other clerical and administrative support as assigned by the superior
Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Nursing
-Candidate must possess a Professional License in Nursing
-OHNAP certified is required
-Excellent work ethics and attendance
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Responsible, resourceful and reliable with sense of urgency
-Attentive to details and ability to multitask without compromising quality of work
-Willing to work in Pasay City
-Must be willing to work as soon as possible
