Job Description
SQE Engineer (Manufacturing, ID19469) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1000/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Ensure product quality from suppliers through evaluation, control, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Manage quality claims, part requalification, and quality crisis (PDCA, 8D).
- Execute and monitor the APQP process on schedule (ASQ role).
- Improve purchased part quality during mass production (SQE role).
- Source and develop local and international suppliers for automotive materials and components.
- Evaluate, select, and approve suppliers according to group standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and project teams to develop suppliers to OEM-level standards.
- Manage design and cost changes, monitor market trends, and implement cost-reduction actions.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing systems and IATF 16949 standards.
Requirement
- Male or Female, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Good at English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) in an FDI factory, managing incoming materials.
- Experience in managing both local and overseas suppliers (Asia, Europe).
