Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Store Manager (Fashion, ID16585):
Stock & Sales Management:
Ensure effective order replenishment and compliance with company guidelines.
Support the Store Director with commercial tools and drive sales for improved performance.
Manage product availability and stockroom organization, including online storage.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee RFID systems.
Product/Commercial/Visual Management:
Merchandise shop floor layout according to company standards.
Analyze business data to inform decisions and plan commercial activities.
Collaborate on best RFID practices and manage product levels.
Customer Service:
Uphold customer service standards and lead by example.
Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Train the team on customer service and return policies.
Assist the Store Director with security and health & safety compliance.
Prepare rotas and plan staff meetings; assist with recruitment.
Support policy implementation and hours management.
Promote safe work practices and awareness of health risks.

Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 32 years old
- Graduated from university above
- Having 1-5 years of experience in a Store Manager position in fashion retail or global F&B.
- Fluent in English.
- Have management experience
