Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Store Supervisor (Fashion, ID16440):

- Ensure shop floor layout and new lines follow Company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly budgets.
- Analyze daily data and react accordingly.
- Plan commercial and visual activities daily, weekly, and seasonally.
- Ensure best RFID practices are in place.
- Control product levels.
- Motivate sales team to boost sales and business efficiency.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communicate daily with management regarding personnel and products.
- Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor and support customer service plans.
- Handle customer issues, referring to senior management when needed.
- Reinforce the company return policy and support product knowledge.
- Maintain high motivation in the department.
- Ensure proper induction and training follow-up for new team members.
- Assist in team development and retention.
- Handle performance management of sales assistants.
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store.
- Be aware of employee and customer risks and safe work practices.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 32 years old
- Graduated from university above
- Having 2-5 year of experience in a Supervisor position in fashion retail or global F&B.
- Fluent in English.
