Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Supplier QA Manager (Garment, 1200 USD):

1. Team Management & Training

  • Coordinate and balance departmental resources to meet daily operational targets.

  • Organize comprehensive training programs and conduct periodic competency assessments for the QA team.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on precision and accountability.

2. Planning & Schedule Management

  • Strictly monitor and control schedules for Lab Testing, L/D (Lab Dips), and S/S (Size Sets/Salesman Samples).

  • Optimize workflows to reduce lead times while maintaining peak KPI performance for quality metrics.

  • Ensure timely reporting and bottleneck identification within the testing phase.

3. Raw Material (NPL) Quality Control

  • Manage the quality of raw materials from the initial development stage through to mass production.

  • Strictly enforce adherence to the Customer’s Manual and Technical Standards.

  • Verify that all materials align with safety, durability, and aesthetic requirements.

4. Process Standardization & Documentation

  • Manage, update, and standardize the operational processes for the Inspection Department.

  • Ensure all QA documentation, certifications, and inspection records are organized, traceable, and audit-ready.

Requirement

  • Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC Management, preferably within the garment, textile, or footwear manufacturing industries.

  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of lab testing procedures, material standards, and international quality manuals.

  • Leadership: Strong team-building skills with the ability to mentor and evaluate staff effectively.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.

  • Language: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to interpret customer manuals and communicate with stakeholders.
