Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing, Chinese & English, $2500, ID21158)
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and delivery.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and improve delivery performance.

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, QA/QC, and Sales departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials and smooth execution of production plans.

  • Monitor and control inventory effectively, maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers.

  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks, bottlenecks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all operations.

  • Manage, train, and develop the SCM team to achieve operational targets and drive business performance.

Requirement

  • Male or female, under 50 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) within manufacturing companies; experience in the electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems in supply chain operations and management.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a professional, proactive, flexible, and results-oriented working style.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SCM functions, including production/material planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supplier management.
  • Proven experience in developing, coordinating, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and production continuity.
