Job Description
-
Oversee the daily execution of Supply Chain Management protocols, taking charge of material planning, inventory oversight, Logistics, and procurement to guarantee seamless manufacturing continuity and business stability.

Directly negotiate and manage transactions with vendors situated in China regarding essential raw materials (such as steel and spare components), while directing corresponding Import/Export operations toward the Chinese market.

Act as the primary operational liaison linking the local branch with affiliated corporate manufacturing facilities located in Taiwan and China.

Guarantee the punctual provision of materials in strict alignment with established production timelines.

Supervise current stock levels, govern warehouse storage activities, and formulate corrective strategies for any emerging Logistics bottlenecks.

Drive ongoing optimization initiatives to elevate the overall functional efficiency of the SCM department.

Cultivate enduring partnerships with a network of local and global suppliers, simultaneously ensuring all procurement documentation is impeccably archived and maintained.

Foster cross-functional collaboration by interfacing continuously with Finance, Warehouse, QA/QC, Planning, and Production units.

Utilize commercial English to facilitate communications with the global headquarters and international partners.

Generate periodic SCM evaluations, stock assessments, and operational summaries, concurrently tracking the team's KPI metrics for continuous improvement.

Provide operational backing to the SCM Manager, taking an active role in mentoring, guiding, and directing junior SCM personnel to ensure departmental synergy.
Requirement

Demographics: Open to both male and female candidates under 40 years of age.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or closely related disciplines.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or logistics workflows specifically within a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Background: Prior exposure to working within a multinational corporation (MNC) or global manufacturing setup is highly advantageous.

Language Skills: Mandatory dual fluency in both Chinese and English (proficient in daily business communication as well as technical/executive reporting).

Commute & Mobility: Shuttle bus transportation service is fully provided for employees commuting from Vung Tau City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Dong Nai Province.
