Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Motion Control, 1400 USD, ID15928)
- Support for PLC control and actuator drivers technically
- Setup and post-purchase assistance for actuators
- Provide on-site support and application design recommendations to clients.
- Assistance in responding to technical questions or requests from customers
- Arrange and carry out a roadshow or technical seminar to connect with more prospective clients.
- Respond to a customer's product dispute
- Set up technical instruction for a relevant employee.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 25-45 years old
- Graduated from university/college major in Motion Control, Control Engineering, or a related field
- Have 3 years of Technical experience in motion control
- Experience in Semiconductors, Display, and Secondary batteries
- Good command of English
