Job Description

  • Evaluate and test new or improved websites;
  • Make test plan and cases, prepare test data. Test website and app projects, coordinate with other departments to ensure project quality:
  • Test user experience;
  • Test performance and issues affecting the functions of the website;
  • Check compatibility with different devices, browsers;
  • Monitor and understand the structure and operation of the website, quickly provide solutions to handle problems that users may encounter upon requested;
  • Analyze, monitor and report test results - fix;
  • Communicate and support partners throughout the process of receiving and handling errors encountered;
  • Compiling documents for testing and product description;
  • Software usage training;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader.


  • Graduated from College/University majoring in IT, Mathematics, Telecommunications…;
  • Minimum 2-3 years (Junior) or 4++ years (Senior) of experience in a similar position (web test, mobile - app);
  • Knowledgeable of database (SQL), basic programming;
  • Understanding of Test process, software testing strategies and techniques…;
  • Experience in web testing, mobile, API, Performance Test (Jmeter, K6...);
  • Ability to read and understand analysis and design documents;
  • Skilled with MS Offices software, error management tools;
  • Proactive, Creative, Enthusiastic, Responsible at work, Having good logical thinking;
  • Priority is given to candidates who have worked with software following protocols, knowledgeable of software quality control systems, QA, QC, automation testing.
