Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with the Group’s philosophy and overall development goals.

Lead the successful execution of training strategies approved by the Group Executive Board, with a current focus on internal training initiatives.

Priority is given to the Production sector, emphasizing communication and management skills for line and area managers to enhance team retention.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

Passionate about training and human resource development, with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Experience in educational environments is a strong advantage.

Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to connect teams, manage external relations, and deliver engaging, impactful instruction.

Proficient in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Skilled in designing, executing, and evaluating training programs of various scales—from small workshops to large organizational initiatives.
